2. What's the accessory of the mascot costume?
The mascot costume is including the head, body, hands and feet. It's the whole set of mascot costume SAME as picture. It will be with a cooling fan inside the head. The cooling fan is working with No.5 battery, you can change the battery when it's finished.
3. What's the production time of the mascot costume?
Normally it takes 7 days to produce a mascot costumes. If it's a new design, it takes about 12-15 days for one. For big order, we can check the production and confirm the production time with you.
4. How to receive the goods?
We always deliver the goods by EMS, it's air express delivery service, you can receive the goods at home. If it's big order, we can arrange the delivery by SEA.
5. How to arrange the production?
If it's our own design, we will arrange the production directly. It will be ready in 7 days. When it's ready, we will
send the finished pictures to you. After it's confirmed, we can arrange the delivery.
If it's the new design, we will send the sketch to you before production. When you accept it, we will arrange the production according to the sketch. By the way, we will send the material to your email to confirm. After these,the inner mode should be ready then. We will send the inner mode pictures to you. Once you confirm, we can arrange next step. Finally, we will send the finished pictures to you to confirm. After you confirm, we will pack and arrange the delivery.
